Scheduling a remote team meeting
Before
Team in San Francisco, London, and Bangalore
After
Best overlap was 8am SF = 4pm London = 8:30pm Bangalore
Found a time that worked for everyone. Without this, someone would have been on a 3am call.
I built this after scheduling a meeting with a team spread across three continents and getting the time wrong — twice. Pick a date and time, add cities, see all the times side by side. Handles daylight saving time so you don't have to remember when countries shift their clocks.

The hardest part of scheduling across time zones is daylight saving time. The US and Europe shift on different dates — for about two weeks each spring and autumn, the time difference between, say, New York and London is one hour off from what you'd expect. This tool uses your browser's timezone database, which updates with DST rules. If you're planning meetings more than a month out, double-check the times closer to the date.
